This is a custom-made case of an open/close lid used in an agitation tank for medium solution (water + powder).
This is a custom made case of an open/close lid for a vessel with a throw-in heater and an open/close lid that is easy to clean.
The customer uses a single taper type container of standard specifications, and the lid is also an airtight lid of standard accessories.
The lid also uses the standard accessory hermetically sealed lid.
Since there is no opening in the lid, the lid must be opened each time a throw-in heater or agitator is used, which is difficult to work with.
An open/close lid with a material feed port, a throw-in heater feed port, and an agitator feed port was made.
Adopted specifications of the open/close lid for easy cleaning.
The open/close part does not use hinges and is designed to prevent accumulation of powder, dirt, and cleaning liquid, making it easy to clean even with the open/close lid.
The large open/close section has a handle positioned for easy lifting.
