This product is a product consisting of a jacket with a stirred container and a temperature control unit (hot water circulation device).
The jacketed and stirred container is highly stimulated [DTM-J] Custom-made processing based on a stirring machine-type jacket container.
Manual tank ball valve is adopted for the outlet. It is difficult to resemble because there is no junction or not.
It is difficult to involve the air, and adopts a Bernouwir flow stirrer ([NTME-A]) with uniform stirring. Standard equipment controllers are easy to change the number of revolutions.
The temperature adjustment unit is attached to the carriage with the control panel and the pump and can be moved.
Water water made of temperature control unit is supplied to the jacket of the stirring vessel via the heat-resistant hose and circulates. This will warm the liquid in the container.

“Separate type” that reduces total cost

Compared to single things, the separates are costly. However, by making the temperature control unit separately from the stirring vessel, the temperature control unit can be used in the existing container held by the customer and the container that will be newly introduced in the future. In addition, the temperature control unit is mounted on a trolley, so it can be easily moved to the required process.
It costs costs compared to stirring and temperature controlled body type containers, but in the long run, it leads to a reduction in equipment costs.
Steam temperature rise is also possible
This product is assumed to raise the temperature by circulating the hot water in the jacket, but it is possible to raise the temperature through steam. The jacket part of the stir vessel has a breakdown voltage structure, and there is no problem if steam is inserted.
Compared to steam, heating with warm water is finely controlled to control temperature, and it is safe without significantly higher temperature than the temperature of interest. Therefore, this product adopts the type heated by hot water.
However, the container itself is compatible with steam heating and can leverage your existing facilities. As with temperature control units, it is characterized by high versatility.
