Hastelloy flange open pressure vessel
Features
Pharmaceutical manufacturer delivery
○ It is a custom-made case of pressure vessels fabricated with focusing on acid resistance and fabricated with Hastelloy rather than stainless steel.
There was a need for a container that can withstand liquid pumping with hydrochloric acid, and a pressure vessel of Hastelloy C-22 was produced.
In normal stainless steel such as SUS304, it is difficult to prevent corrosion with hydrochloric acid. Therefore, based on our flange open pressurized container leg [PCN-O-L-30], the liquid part is set to Hastelloy C-22.
The lid is equipped with a window (integrated type) [NMB] of the ferrule connection. All degrading can be cleaned.
The discharge part adopts a tank bottom valve that is hard to resemble, and the inner surface of the valve is highly corrosion resistant PFA coating.
The stirrer changes the shaft stirrer, which is a liquid contact portion, etc., and is a Bernouchur flow stirrer [NTME-A] in which the acid resistance specification is made.

Details & Notes
There is a “flange open pressurized container leg” as a product that is based on this order-made case.
In addition, the stirrer customizes the electric motor type of the Nitto Metal Industrial Original Agitator “Berno-Ring Stirrer”.View Product DetailsView Product DetailsThere are also cases that are manufactured by Inconel
Similar to Hastellois, we introduce custom-made production cases using Inconel, mainly alloys, nickel.
