Inconel stirred tank

Features

○ Pharmaceutical manufacturer delivery
It is a custom-made case of an inconnell container used in a liquidation process.

The customer was decided on the inconel, as a result of the customer who wanted a "acid resistant stir-resistant tank".
Some of the lids are cut away so that the agitator can be used while being lid.
When a stirrer (stirrer / hollow machine) is not used, the notch is covered with PTFE to prevent foreign matter contamination.
The stirrer is attached to a dedicated building with a control panel, and moving and lifting can be smooth.
After buffing, electrolytic polishing is performed, and the remaining surface of the surface such as buff powder and oil is dropped and the clean surface is improved by making it a smooth surface.
Packing is made of PTFE with excellent chemical resistance.
