Container for collecting airborne powder during powder feeding, designed to be used in conjunction with dust collectors and air conveyors.
Equipped with a large hood that matches the hopper size, allowing efficient dust collection.
Ideal for lightweight powders that tend to become airborne during feeding.
Shortens cleaning time and improves hygiene in the workplace after powder feeding.
The hood is connected to the dust collector, and the discharge outlet (hopper drain) is connected to the air conveyor.
*Note: This container alone cannot perform dust collection.
Made of corrosion-resistant and hygienic all-stainless steel.
The hood is removable.
There is a workbench in front of the feeding port, providing a space to place bags or containers of raw materials.
Optional attachments such as blow discs, knockers, and vibrators can be installed to prevent powder bridging or rat-holing. (Customization available)
