CTLB : Hanging Sealed Container (lever band type)


Sealed container with easy to carry hanging handle.
Stainless steel tank that can be easily sealed with a band.

○It has a hanging handle to lift the container with one hand like a bucket or pail can.
○The one-touch lever band makes it easy to remove and clean the lid.
○The standard packing material is silicone rubber that conforms to the Food Sanitation Law.
○Empty containers (With the lid and band on.) can be stacked.
○The corner of the bottom has an R-structure that prevents dirt from accumulating.

Installing the seal seat

Attach the container’s control label and identification sticker of the contents to the seal seat (green part) and remove it without leaving any glue.
Sealing pieces and adhesives do not remain in the container, preventing contamination.


You can add tick marks if you wish.
Example)Add a scale every 5L.
Example)With a large scale every 10 L.
A small scale is added for every 5L.

With Locking Function

An optional padlock is also available.

Available to products made of SUS316L material!

The standard material for Nitto Kinzoku is SUS304.
SUS316L is a material with higher corrosion resistance than SUS304.
It contains an ingredient called “molybdenum”, which is not contained in SUS304.
This molybdenum makes the passive film thicker and improves the corrosion resistance.

SUS316L is a low-carbon type stainless steel with a low carbon content, and is resistant to corrosion (intergranular corrosion) in the welding area where parts are connected to each other.
SUS316L is generally recognized as a high-grade model of stainless steel material.

It is a material that is commonly used in production sites in the pharmaceutical industry.
If you are concerned about rust and corrosion resistance, we recommend you to select SUS316L.

Can I change the material of the container?
can. There is SUS316L.
Are you under pressure?
Pressure can not be. Please use the pressurized vessel.
Do you have something other than a lever band type?
Catch clip type ([CTB]), there is a Kabusebuta type ([STB]).
Do you have a mouth with type?
Stainless steel There is a bucket [BA].
We want those with a scale.
It will be the special order. We will process the scale in any position.
