【CTHV-AIV-FL】Ball Valve Sealed Container with Air Vent and Flat Steel Legs

We have added an air vent and legs to a stainless steel container with a ball valve, making it suitable for convenient dispensing of liquids such as chemicals.

Here are the features of this container:

The air vent valve on the lid allows you to release the seal without opening the lid, enabling smooth liquid discharge.
The container is equipped with a gasket, ensuring a sealed design that prevents liquid leakage and dust ingress during storage and transportation.
The ball valve for liquid discharge is made of stainless steel, and the sealing of the threaded parts is achieved with PTFE, providing excellent chemical resistance.
The nozzle height has been set to 200mm, allowing for easy dispensing into tall beakers or bottles.
The nozzle tip is designed with a threaded fitting, enabling connection to piping if needed.
The legs of the container feature 10mm holes, allowing for anchoring or fixing with screws if desired.
We also offer a version of this container without legs for different usage scenarios.

The temperature resistance is from -10°C to +120°C.
Can the gasket be made of materials other than silicone rubber?
Yes, it can be made of CR (chloroprene rubber), EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber), FKM (fluororubber), NBR (nitrile rubber), or PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). Please contact us for more details.
