Is it possible to sterilize stainless steel products?

All-stainless steel products without resin or rubber parts can basically be sterilized in an autoclave.

  • After sterilization, dry them well.
 

Will stainless steel products get rusty after the sterilization?

Insufficient drying after sterilization may cause rusting.

Stainless steel is not non-rusting, but rust-proof metal (not easy to rust), and if conditions for corrosion are met, it will rust.
For example, if water drops are left after sterilization, the container may get stained or become rusty as in the case of normal cleaning procedure, so please dry them thoroughly after sterilization.
