Adoption Case : Stainless Steel Storage Container with Lock

Features

○ Adoption Case in the Pharmaceutical Industry: Stainless Steel Storage Container with Lock

  • This is a lockable stainless steel container with a capacity of 15L, designed for use as a storage container in pharmaceutical factories.
  • We made every effort to produce the container in stainless steel, as per the customer's request.
  • Unlike typical lockable containers that use brass padlocks, this case specifically selected stainless steel padlocks and hasps.
  • The container features a band-type sanitary design, which is commonly adopted in the pharmaceutical industry (SMA-CTL).
  • Both the container and lid are made from SUS316L, a stainless steel material known for its superior corrosion resistance compared to SUS304.
  • The inner surfaces of the container and lid have undergone electropolishing, enhancing their cleanliness and hygiene.

Design Engineer's Comment
We had difficulty finding stainless steel padlocks, and as a result, we couldn't find padlocks of the exact size to fit the existing hasps. However, we managed to modify the hasps to accommodate the padlocks.

It is our job, of course, to conduct in-depth meetings with our sales and manufacturing staff and to design and draft products.

Eighty percent of made-to-order products are completely made-to-order items, and drawing drawings for these custom-made products have a track record of 80,000 sheets so far.

There are many difficult requests, and they have been created through trial and error. They are all accumulated as our knowledge.
