- The container features a band-type sanitary design, which is commonly adopted in the pharmaceutical industry (SMA-CTL).
- Both the container and lid are made from SUS316L, a stainless steel material known for its superior corrosion resistance compared to SUS304.
- The inner surfaces of the container and lid have undergone electropolishing, enhancing their cleanliness and hygiene.
Design Engineer's Comment
We had difficulty finding stainless steel padlocks, and as a result, we couldn't find padlocks of the exact size to fit the existing hasps. However, we managed to modify the hasps to accommodate the padlocks.
