Customized cyclone based on a previously delivered cyclone.

Contents of customization

• The packing between the cyclone body and lid was originally made of PTFE, but EPDM packing was adopted for improved sealing and compatibility with the contents.
• The standard plate thickness for this size container is 1.0 mm, but since this product has nozzles on the sides, the plate thickness was changed to 1.5 mm to increase strength.
• The position of the nozzle on the side was adjusted in consideration of the possibility of deformation (i.e., reduced sealing performance) of the rim-wrapped portion as it is closer to the curled portion at the top of the body.
