Liquid charing/discharging

Stainless steel bucket to prevent liquid loss and foreign matter mixed in

Features

Example of delivery to a manufacturer of flavoring agents
This is an example of custom-made stainless steel buckets used in the process of measuring and transporting liquids.

Purpose: Upgrade of existing equipment
The bucket that was originally used had a handle (vine) that could be removed.
The handle sometimes came off during operation, making it dangerous.

1: Countermeasure against handle detachment
The end of the handle was modified to prevent it from coming off.

2: Measures to reduce loss
The spout was designed based on a drip-proof beaker to prevent loss of contents due to dripping.
A handle was added to the bottom of the beaker to make it easier to pour in the contents.

3: Countermeasures against contamination by foreign matter
A special lid was made to prevent foreign matter from mixing in during transportation.
The edges of the container and lid are not folded back, and the handles are sanitary with no gaps.
The lid is designed to be sanitary, with no gaps between the handle and the container.

Sales representative's comment

The hakama, which used to serve as a handle, was eliminated in the upgrade, so we proposed a handle on the bottom to make it easier to insert the contents.

Technical comment

We increased the thickness of the container and made the parts large enough to be welded to the inside of the container.
