When stored at normal temperature (low temperature), it is attached to a stainless steel container containing the contents that can be solid or high viscosity.
It is manufactured according to a stainless steel container with an inner diameter φ430 mm (capacity 65 L).
The contents are easily removed by heating and liquefied when removing the contents from the stainless steel container.
Previously, the water bath sinked and dissolves a stainless steel container, but it was heavy labor and heat due to heat dissipation, and a slip accident due to dripping water.
It was adopted because it was a short delivery at low cost even with custom-made production tailored to the container.
Silicone rubber heaters are excellent in thermal conductivity due to direct winding into the container, faster, can be raised to the desired temperature, and can be used not only for heating applications but also for heat retention applications. In addition, there is also an advantage that it is easy to handle and easy to handle with no insulation.
