Food manufacturer delivery
○ Custom-made case of stainless steel container pump unit used as a temporary receiving container for edible oil.
A stirrer, pump and level sensor are installed in 400L stainless jacket containers.
Cycle the hot water in the jacket with a temperature controller to keep the edible oil at a constant temperature.
Connect an external temperature sensor and a temperature control machine to control temperature control of the inner solution, and make it uniform temperature by fluidizing the inner solution with a stirrer (stirrer / hollow machine).
By using an ultrasonic level sensor, you can measure the level without contact with the content liquid.
The pump is used in the delivery of the next process.
On the control panel, the pump and the stirrer ON / OFF and speed adjustment and level display of the liquid level are performed.
As easy to move, containers, pumps and control boards are put on one trolley.
