​Features

A lever-band type stainless sealed container with rib processing (draw string) to prevent slipping when mounted on a reversing lifter.

○The rib processing improves the strength of the container.
○With the rib, the mounting position of the lifter can be controlled, and it also serves as a rough indication of the amount remaining in the container.
○The container, lid and lever band are all stainless steel drums.
○Since it is made of SUS 304, it is rust resistant and hygienic.
○In addition to being used as a drum for storage, it is also used in combination with a discharge chute [HTL-F] as a reverse feed container and as a feed tank for powders and tablets.
○We have a track record of making custom-made products such as rib processing to the desired position and changing the height of the container.

Available to products made of SUS316L material!

The standard material for Nitto Kinzoku is SUS304.
SUS316L is a material with higher corrosion resistance than SUS304.
It contains an ingredient called “molybdenum”, which is not contained in SUS304.
This molybdenum makes the passive film thicker and improves the corrosion resistance.

SUS316L is a low-carbon type stainless steel with a low carbon content, and is resistant to corrosion (intergranular corrosion) in the welding area where parts are connected to each other.
SUS316L is generally recognized as a high-grade model of stainless steel material.

It is a material that is commonly used in production sites in the pharmaceutical industry.
If you are concerned about rust and corrosion resistance, we recommend you to select SUS316L.

Q&A

Can I change the position and spacing of the ribs?
You can change. We will tailor-made to suit your use of the machine, or the like.
I'd like to change the height of the container, but ....
You can change. Please let us know the dimensions of your choice.
Is it possible to attach and handle and metal fittings?
It can be installed.
Can I leave also the selection of such peripheral components?
leave it to me! Such as the introduction for the chute (hopper) and valve, we will propose at the optimum specification.
We want to prevent erroneous opening of the band.
